Deliveries Policy 

We are currently offering free delivery within the United Kingdom for orders over £175

Note: This is our introductory period promotion and is subject to change.

*We aim to deliver your purchase within 3 to 5 working days on the UK mainland.

We deliver Monday to Friday 8am to 6PM, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Destination Delivery Cost

  • *UK Mainland: 3 to 5 working days £5 Free if purchase over £175
  • *UK Non Mainland: 3 to 5 working days £5 Free if purchase over £175
    • Scottish Highlands, N.Ireland, UK Islands and Isle of Wight
  • *Europe: 4 to 5 days £20
  • *Non Europe 4 to 5 days £20 Plus tax, to be paid by customer
  • **Please note that with certain lines we order these directly with our suppliers when a customers order is placed. Delivery in most cases will be 3 to 5 working days, in some cases delivery can be up to 10 working days, and when this is the case, it is clearly marked in the product description.

UK Mainland

  •     Customers have the option to change their delivery address at the time of purchase, please ensure that the address entered is the one at which the goods can be received and that someone will be available to sign for the delivery, such as an office.

UK Non Mainland

  •     We will do our best to deliver three to five working days from the day that the order is placed, please ensure ensure that the address given is one where the goods can be received between 8am and 6pm within that time period.

Europe

  •     Delivery will take four to five working days from placing the order, please ensure that the address given is one where the goods can be received between 8am and 6pm within that time period.

Non Europe

  •     Delivery will take four to five days from placing the order, some more remote areas may take slightly longer. Please ensure that the address given is one where the goods can be received between 8am and 6pm within that time period. Customers are responsible for paying the taxes and duties on their purchase, delay in doing so may result in further delivery charges being levied.

Returns Policy

Returns are to be made at the customers expense should you like to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund. You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of placing your order by emailing us at deliveries@monicaandjoe.co.uk. For items that have not shipped it may be possible to cancel the despatch, for items that have shipped these will need to be returned to our warehouse. Purchases need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, it will be at the discretion of Monica & Joe whether to accept your return outside of this period.
Exchange & Returns Procedure
To exchange or return your purchase please email us at deliveries@monicaandjoe.co.uk or phone us on 0208 144 5769 to obtain a RETURNS NUMBER (RTN No:), giving the reason for your return. Within your delivery there will be a Despatch Note with all of your order details, that is yours to keep, and a Returns Form to complete and send back with any items to be returned for refund or exchange.  All returns remain the property of the customer until the return has been receipted by our warehouse and our QC team have verified that the item is in perfect condition, or has an agreed fault. Therefore, we would recommend that our customers take out insurance with the Post Office for their return should it get misplaced or damaged enroute to our warehouse.

All returns outside of the United Kingdom must also be organised and paid for by the customer. We suggest that the customer uses a tracked return service, and pays the extra for insuring the item, as the return remains the property of the customer until it is received and checked by ourselves.

Returns Steps

UK Returns

  1. All items must be returned unworn, in the original packaging with designer garment tags still attached, worn, damaged or items without tags may be returned to the customer.
  2. Obtain a Returns Number by contacting us on deliveries@monicaandjoe.co.uk or 0208 144 5769, and complete the Returns Form, we cannot accept returns without this completed form.
  3. A returns address label will be in your delivery, all returns must be made to: Monica & Joe, 33 Kentish Lane, Hatfield, AL6 6NG, United Kingdom.
  4. We suggest that the customer uses a tracked delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, and we suggest the customer insures the item as it will remain the customers property until we have received and checked the return.

Non UK Returns

The above returns procedure applies, a Returns Number must be obtained by emailing deliveries@monicaandjoe.co.uk, and the customer must organise and meet the cost of the return. The returns label should still be used for address purposes.


Extended Christmas Returns  

For items bought as presents our extended Christmas returns policy will apply, customers must notify us by email at contact@monicaandjoe.co.uk or at 0208 144 5769 which items have been bought as gifts.  Customers then have 7 days after Christmas to request their Returns Numbers and 7 days to return the item.  Our usual returns and exchange policies apply.


Exchanges

We can offer exchanges for any style or size, and we can also offer a credit note voucher code once we have received your return for you to use to purchase an alternative style. Please indicate whether an alternative style is required when requesting the Returns Number when emailing us at deliveries@monicaandjoe.co.uk.

For exchanges, please follow the returns steps, completing the Returns Form and indicating the alternative size required. Once we receive the returned item we will despatch the exchange to you the next working day free of charge if we have this in stock, otherwise we will inform you by email that the item is sold out and give you a full refund. If you require your exchange to be delivered to a different address to your original delivery, then please inform us of the new address by email at deliveries@monicaandjoe.co.uk when requesting the Returns Number.

Receiving a refund

We will refund to the orignal card through which the item was purchased and will refund the entire amount includuing shipping costs. If your purchase was from outside of Europe, we will not be able to refund any taxes paid, which you may be able to claim back yourselves.

Gift Purchases

If you have received your item as a gift, it can be returned for an exchange for an item of the same value or more, you will need to pay the cost difference and any shipping costs or taxes that may apply.

Refunds will only be made to original card through which the item was purchased.

    Sizing

    All items on Monica & Joe are shown with the original sizing from the designer and a corresponding UK size conversion, items will be delivered showing the original sizing on the swing ticket.

    Discount Codes & Gift With Purchases

    We will occasionally offer discount codes through email promotions, which may either be based on percentage or actual discount, these will be for a specified period and any refund will be reduced by the value of discount attached to the order. Promotional voucher codes and discount codes cannot be combined, only one promotional code can be used at a time. Voucher codes can be redeemed only by the specified customer and are non transferable, are for single use only, any remaining balance cannot be carried over to a subsequent transaction. We will occasionally offer a gift with purchase which will be on a one gift per customer basis, based on an eligibility criteria that will be detailed in the offer at the time.

    Privacy

    We will treat all of your personal details as confidential and will keep it on a secure server and will at all times comply with UK Data Protection legislation.
